We ask that you submit a email info@cottesbrook.co.nz or Phone Call with your prefered cottage and dates you require. Also include if you need local pickup service and the time. Please be aware of our terms and conditions at the bottom of this page. We will then email you with deposit details.

Once the deposit is received we will email you a confirmation and await your arrival.

We currently accept payments via direct bankdeposit and credit cards via Paypal secure server from 190 countries.

For Cash Customers there is a ATM located locally at the Strath Taieri pub on Snow ave, Middlemarch, across from the train station.

We require a 20% deposit within 5 days of booking a reservation.We cannot guarantee a reservation without a deposit or payment in full.

Once payment is recieved we will email you a confirmation notice.

All cancellations must be made 14 days prior to reserved date to qualify for deposit refund. If cancelled without 14 days notice you will forfeit your 20% depost.
